Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:
• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, in the case of one or more goods ordered under one order and delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, in the case of several goods ordered in one order and delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by emailing us at: support@ghizu.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have:
• received the returned goods, or
• you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 30 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
